A Program of Commemoration and Celebration – 11th November 2018
9.00 Tree Trail runs every 30 minutes starting 9.00 near the Info Centre. Closes at 10, reopens
11.30. Displays will be in place all day, best viewed either side of the commemorations.
Register at the Information Tent throughout the day to enter the draw to win a night’s
accommodation at Rossmore Cottage in Creswick ($150 value)
10.00 Town Crier - Philip Greenbank. Start assembling at the Obelisk
10.15 Creswick Brass Band - final song “Tree of Peace”
10.30 Commemorative Parade, assembled by Ken McMillan, led by the Creswick Light Horse
10.35 Welcome Acknowledgement of Traditional Owners - Michael Ronaldson, former MP
10.40 Remembrance Service - Alan Morris, Creswick Smeaton RSL sub branch President
