Lone Pine planting at Creswick Cemetery
Creswick Cemetery Trust received a donation of a Lone Pine from the Cemetery and Crematoria Association of Victoria (CCAV)
Delegates from the CCAV Country Conference visited the Creswick Cemetery on the 16th May 2015 where the Lone Pine tree was planted at the Veterans Section.
The Creswick Light Horse paraded up the main driveway, Kieran Moore and Brendan O’Connor (CCAV President) planted the Lone Pine, while our local RSL organised the Flag Pole and Rev. Ryan Bennett of the Anglican Church kindly said a prayer for the fallen and re dedicated the Veteran’s area after the renovations.
