Stories from the Cenotaph

The Creswick Cenotaph commemorates those men from Creswick and District who served in the First & Second World Wars and who made the supreme sacrifice. The stories from the Cenotaph remember those men.

If you know of any of the soldiers listed below please take a copy of the form and provide as much of their history as possible. A photo of the soldier in uniform would be a great addition to their story.

Ode of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them
